Booking conditions
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements entered into by us. The UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services. Click here [LL1] for the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH).
The conditions below apply when you have made a room reservation via the Hotel Middelburg website.
Room reservation:
- Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card. Please provide your arrival time.
- Payment must be made upon check-in.
- If you do not have a credit card, we ask for a deposit to guarantee the reservation.
- Breakfast is served on:- Monday between 08:00 and 10:00- Tuesday to Friday between 06:00 and 10:00- Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 11:00.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date, after which the full amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show the full amount will be charged
- For group bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival date until 4 p.m., after which the first night will be charged.
Non-refundable kamerreservering
- Your reservation is guaranteed.
- The total amount of the reservation will be charged directly to your credit card.
- The reservation cannot be cancelled or changed.
